Donated to the District by the Chase family, this former working ranch is located 10 miles west of Bend, south of Highway 20. This site was used primarily during the annual Pumpkin Festival in October. It has a caretaker's house, an irrigation pond and assorted agricultural improvements and structures. It lies adjacent to BLM land and offers expansive views and the potential for regional trail connections.
