Similar to Summit Park, Sylvan Park, located on Awbrey Butte, features ample open turf, a small play area, picnic tables, tennis courts and limited off-street parking. Some of the park remains in natural wooded condition. Tennis courts are available for play on a first come first serve basis. A trail connects Sylvan and Summit Parks.
