Group Fitness Classes - Get Fit & Have Fun!
We have over 150 group fitness classes
both land and in the water including: Step and Cardio Aerobics,
Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Strength Training,
Indoor Cycling, Yoga & Pilates, Prenatal exercise,
Baby and me classes, Shallow and Deep Water Exercise,
Water Running and More! We are committed to providing a
variety of high quality group fitness programs where everyone
feels welcome. All of the instructors are professionally
trained and encourage students to work at their own
level. First come, first serve
basis. Class size may be limited.

Getting started is easy! Call us at
389-7665, we are here to help find the right class for
you! Please come 15 minutes early to your first class to
allow for a brief orientation with instructor. We strongly
recommend that you check with your physician before starting
any exercise program.
Youth 12-17 Years Old~Youth ages 12-17 may
attend fitness classes, but must complete the orientation with
the instructor and have a signed waiver on file.
