Programs
At Juniper, we realize the importance
of healthy moms and babies. You will find these fitness classes
a great way to get exercise and meet other expectant and new
moms. Pre and post natal exercise classes
consist of gentle paced cardio activity with strength and
stretching exercises, to help keep you fit. Please come to your
first fitness class 15 minutes early for an orientation. A
doctor's approval is required before beginning any classes. For

Kid's Corner
Child care is available during most pre
and post natal classes for your other children to attend while
you get fit!
Reservations can be made, drop-ins are accepted space
permitting.
Prenatal Classes
Journey through this magical time together as you draw
on the experiences, support and long lasting friendships of the
group. The classes follow ACOG (American Council Obstetrics
Gynecology) guidelines helping you maintain your fitness level.
All of our classes are on-going. You can start at anytime!

Post Natal
Classes
After your six week check-up,
come exercise with your baby at your side in a supportive
environment. We'll help you lose the baby weight. Exercising is
fun with friends. Come meet other new moms!
Baby & Me Cycle
- Bring your baby in a car seat or
exersaucer to watch you as you cycle. (baby must be
non-mobile)
