Arthritis Aquatic Exercise
Mon - Fri 9:30 -10:25 am
Water can help you feel and function better!  Developed by the Arthritis Foundation consists of a series of gentle movements and exercises that are designed to decrease pain and stiffness, and improve mobility and range of motion. Water is safe, effective and fun. Join this friendly and supportive class and start feeling better today! Orientations are required before your first class and offered before the start of each class with the instructor.

Assessment
The following classes require a one-time specialized fitness assessment before starting. Contact Carolyn Creedican at 389-7665 to schedule your appointment.Fee: $60

Individualized & Water Walk Stroke Program
Mon - Fri 8:30 - 9:25 am
Do you have an injury or disability that limits your ability to exercise?  Have you completed your rehab program or physical therapy and want to continue your recovery? The unique therapeutic qualities of water can help you improve mobility, muscle tone and general fitness in a protected environment.  An individualized exercise program is designed to meet your specific needs and goals, assistance and supervision is provided by our water exercise specialists. People who are not independent should bring a family member or friend to assist them in and out of the water.

Backhab
Mon - Fri 8:30 - 9:25 am
Do you suffer from chronic back pain?  Enjoy relief from pain and improved movement in this aquatic conditioning program. Water provides a protected and effective environment for strengthening abdominal and lower back muscles and improving flexibility. 
Fee: Current Fitness holder or single-visit fee
