Construction is underway for this new neighborhood park located in southwest Bend. The District "basic" neighborhood park features include an open turf space, a play "garden" for children, and a picnic area with shade shelter, multi-use trails and neighborhood connections.
Bend Park and Recreation District crews are working on completing landscaping as weather allows and the shade shelter will be constructed over the winter. The play garden was completed in the fall of 2009 and is available for children ages 2 through 12.
