Riverbend Park
Columbia Street and Shevlin Hixon Drive

The
park, acquired in 2004 from the Old Mill District partners, is
currently under construction. When complete, it will
provide for community river park development and improvements
to the Deschutes River Trail, and will provide a home for the
District administrative offices. It is connected to
Farewell Bend Park across the river by the trail and
footbridge. The combination of the Riverbend and Farewell Bend
properties provide a new, 39-acre park complex significantly
expanding the District's river park inventory to meet the needs
of rapid community growth.
