Reserve a Facility or Park for an Event
Private Events:
Bend Park & Recreation District has a variety of facilities available for weddings, receptions, meetings, reunions or other private special events. You can also reserve the use of a park, picnic area, pavilion, sports field, or tennis court.

Picnic Kits:
Are you in need of sports equipment for your private event? Reserve a picnic kit! PIcnic kits include volleyball and baseball sets as well as frisbees. Horseshoes are available for reservations made for Fremont Meadow and Juniper Park. PIcnic kits are available for $32 per day. To rent your picnic kit, please contact customer service at (541) 389-7275.
Community / Public Events:
Festivals, charity runs and other events open to any and all participants are considered Community / Public Events. For information on reserving a community park for a public event, please click here.
