Riverbend Community Room
The Riverbend Community Room at 799 SW Columbia Street is a meeting and event space located inside the Bend Park and Recreation District Office building. This southwest Bend location is adjacent to the Old Mill District, Riverbend Park and the Deschutes River. Rental of this facility includes the 1800 sq. ft. Community room as well as the adjacent outdoor plaza. The building lobby, which includes a gas fireplace and casual seating, is available to the renter during evening and weekend hours.
Depending on seating configuration, the room can accommodate up to 80 people. Room rental includes the use of 70 stackable chairs and 22 6' x 2' rectangular tables. Linens are not provided.
Availability - Riverbend Community Room is available during the following days and times during September through May:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
(Sorry, due to busy summer activities and community events, the room is not available June through August.)
Audio-Visual - The room includes a pull-down screen. Renters are to bring their own audio-visual equipment as needed.
Catering - This location does not have a kitchen facility. Renters are welcome to have their meeting or event catered by the business of their choice. All catering equipment must be removed from the premises immediately following the event. Renters are encouraged to use sustainable products.
Parking - There are 119 parking spaces adjacent to the building. Parking is not guaranteed due to general Riverbend park use. Overflow parking may be available across the street at the Old Mill District upon Old Mill District approval.
Directions: Located at BPRD District Office, 799 SW Columbia Street, Bend Oregon 97702 in the Old Mill District.
From Hwy. 97 or 3rd Street, go west on Reed Market Rd. Turn right on Bond Street at roundabout. Turn left on SW Columbia, cross the Deschutes River and the district office and Riverbend Park will be on your left. Parking available.
