Capital Improvement Projects 2005-2010
The Bend Metro Park and Recreation District develops and
maintains a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) that
is amended each year during the annual budgeting process. The
CIP is a planning tool designed to guide the implementation of
the District's Comprehensive Plan and to provide for the
acquisition and development of parks and recreation facilities
during the succeeding the five-year period. The CIP is reviewed
annually by the Board of Directors and revised to prioritize
the most important needs and to recognize budget constraints.
