July 4th Vendors

Be a Vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival

July 4th Vendor Booths at Drake ParkArtists, Crafters, Food Vendors, Civic Organizations & Community Agencies

Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930’s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths.

Applications will be accepted for 2015 vendor booths starting in March 2015.

Returning 2014 non-food vendors will have first priority. You will be contacted in February for early online registration. New vendors (those not participating in the 2014 festival) applications will be available online by April 1st. Check this web page in March 2015 for specific instructions, vendor fees and booth locations. Our festival provides booth space for the following categories of vendors:

  • Arts & Crafts – handmade items only
  • NP – Nonprofit agency/organization (must know your NP Tax ID #)
  • Commercial – selling commercially made or third party items
