Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2014 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930’s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths.

New in 2014 – Register online!

2014 festival registration opens 8:00 am April 14th for new and returning crafters, artisans, agencies, nonprofits and commercial vendors!

Nonfood vendors may reserve a booth online starting 8:00 am April 14thPlease note that booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are dependent on your type of business.

  • Arts & Crafts – handmade items only
  • NP – Nonprofit agency/organization (must know your NP Tax ID #)
  • Commercial – selling commercially made or third party items

  • Step by step instructions for registering online are included in the linked PDF as well as a map of the proposed booth sites for 2014. This map is not necessarily drawn to scale but it does give you a good idea of the general layout of the festival.
  • To use our new online registration process visit  Click the Register Button in the upper right corner of the screen and continue as described in the Vendor Application Form PDF.

Create a new account or register under your existing BPRD account. Update your current information, submit your credit card info and, voila! Your booth will be reserved.

Once you register an email will be sent to you confirming your booth space. Additional information regarding the festival, road access, passes and other details will be sent later in April.

Food Vendors

Event management will review applications and select food vendors beginning April 15, 2014 to assure quality and diversity in the selection of food offered.

In order to be considered as a food vendor for this event, food vendors must apply by May 1, 2014 and supply a current menu/list including food items, beverages and pricing.
