Want to be a Vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival?

July 4th Vendor Booths at Drake ParkArtists, Crafters, Food Vendors, Civic Organizations & Community Agencies

Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2015 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930’s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths.

Online Registration will be open mid-March 2015!

Returning 2014 Vendors:
Vendors who participated in the 2014 Festival will be able to enroll for the same booth #s as they had in 2014 by using the online registration system which will be available mid-March. As a 2014 vendor you will receive an email sent to the address you registered with in 2014 with specific instructions on how to register for the same booth # you had in 2014.  You may register for the same booth # online, by mail, by phone or in person.

Starting Monday April 6, 2015 vendors who were in the 2014 festival wanting to secure a different booth # or additional space may do so by calling Bend Parks & Recreation at (541) 389-7275 to register. Requests will be honored on an as-available, first-come first-served basis.

New Vendors
New vendors or those who were in previous festivals will be able to register for the remaining booths as of Monday April 13th by mail, phone or in person. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first served basis.
Food Vendors
Online applications for festival food vendors should be available by March 2, 2015.  Final vendor selection should be completed by early May.  In order to be considered, you must provide a current menu and price list.  Selection is not based on a first-come first-served basis but rather on diversity of the food served, quality of food and the ability of the vendor to effectively and efficiently serve large crowds.

Kids & Family Area Agencies
Nonprofit groups interested in promoting their agency should contact Charlene Schulz at and consider hosting a booth in the festival’s Kids & Family area. Groups are asked to provide a free carnival-like activity or active game to encourage people of “all ages” to enjoy America’s biggest birthday party.
