Our Partners
The Bend Senior Center project is a wonderful example of
how community agencies can work together for a common cause for
the benefit of the community. This facility serves the
Bend senior community by providing a resource for information,
services and friendship. The partners are dedicated to
serving the needs of the senior adult community.
The Bend Senior Center Council is affiliated with the Bend Metro Park and Recreation District. The council has representation from the following community partners:
• United Senior Citizens of Bend
• Central Oregon Council on Aging
• Central Oregon Community College
• Deschutes Public Library
• Retired and Senior Volunteer Program
• Bend Metro Park and Recreation District
• Business community members
• Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (formerly Silver
Sage Society)
The Council serves as an advisory body to the Bend Senior Center Manager and provides support and assistance on Center issues. The monthly meetings are open to the public.
