Fitness at the Bend Senior Center

Get moving and feel great with more than forty fitness classes at Bend Senior Center. With classes throughout the day and a variety of activities to choose from, there's something for everyone. Classes available for both 50-plus and 18-plus, too.

Choose between our regular weekly, drop-in Weekly Fitness Classes or our Specialty Fitness and Wellness Classes.

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness classes are designed to improve the ways in which we physically move in our everyday lives. Seated and standing exercises that work all major muscles and joints are specifically selected to enhance independent living skills, aimed to ease performing activities of daily living. These classes are offered in our drop-in Weekly Fitness Schedule or as a registration class as indicated.
