Planning & Development/Construction Projects:
Bend Park and Recreation District utilizes public works contracts to complete project work. These projects are posted on line at plansonfile.com, a service offered by Central Oregon Builders Exchange. You can view plans for BPRD's current projects out for competitive bid at:

Towing Services:
Sealed Proposals will be accepted by David Crowther, Business Manager at the Bend Park & Recreation District Administration Office, 799 SW Columbia Street, Bend, Oregon 97702, until 2:00 pm, April 18, 2013, at which time and place the solicitation will be closed, and the Proposals opened and the name of each Proposer read. No Proposals will be received after closing.
The work includes, but is not limited to, on-call towing and storage services for Bend Park and Recreation District properties.
The Proposal (“Proposal”) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked: “Towing Services.” Prequalification prior to submission of a Proposal is not required.

Proposers are responsible for checking this website for the issuance of any addenda prior to submitting a Proposal. Proposers will be held responsible for all addenda/changes to the documents, and a Proposal will be considered non-responsive if it does not reflect those addenda/changes.
The District may cancel this procurement, or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District.
Park Concessionaire:
Occassionally, there are opportunities for concessions in our parks. However, there are not any available at this time.
