Join the fun and serve your community by becoming a vendor at the 2017 Old Fashioned July 4th Festival. A tradition since the 1930s, this festival continues to offer our community the largest one-day family event in Bend. Over 10,000 people come from Oregon and beyond for the Pet Parade preceding the Festival and then head to Drake Park to participate in the festivities, food, live music, games and shopping at over a hundred craft and community booths. Booth spaces (15′ X 15′) are available for artisans/crafters, nonprofits (with or without sales) and commerical business. Returning 2016 Food Vendors -Registration now open!
Returning food vendors will be able to register for the same booth number/location as they had in 2016. If you participated as a food vendor in 2016 and would like to return for the 2017 festival, email email@example.com for online registration information. If you are unable to register online, submit your completed application by email, mail, fax or in person at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office (799 SW Columbia Street) by March 3, 2017. Please reference your booth number from 2016 on the application. You should have received an email with this information.

New Food Vendors -Registration now open!
Applications are currently being accepted will be reviewed and selected between February and April 2017 based on the needs of the event. Please submit your completed application by email, mail, fax or in person at the Bend Park and Recreation District Office (799 SW Columbia Street). Online registration is not available for new food vendors. Payment is NOT required to be submitted with your application; your payment will be due once you have been selected as a food vendor for the event and given a booth number by the event coordinator.

Returning 2016 Craft/Artisan/Commercial Vendors – Registration begins March 1st!
Registration for returning craft/artisan/commercial booths will be open March 1 – March 31. Vendors who participated in the 2016 Festival will be able to register for the same booth number/location for 2017 by registering online. You should receive an email from the event coordinator with specific instructions on how to register for the same booth number you had in 2016. You may register online, via email, by mail, phone or in person.

Returning 2016 Vendors – Want a different booth number?
Vendors who were in the 2016 festival wanting to reserve a different booth number/location or additional space may do so by emailing the event coordinator. Requests will be honored on an as-available, first-come, first-served basis until April 7th.
New Craft/Artisan/Commercial Vendors
Returning vendors have priority registration and new vendor applications will be put on a waitlist to be reviewed and selected on an as-needs basis for the event by April 2017. If you would like to get on the waitlist, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your business or organization name and type of goods to be sold. Sue will contact you should there be an available booth opening.

Kids & Family Area Agencies
Nonprofit groups interested in promoting their agency should contact the event coordinator and consider hosting a booth in the festival’s Kids & Family area. Groups are asked to provide a free engaging activity or active game for all ages to enjoy!
