Non-Ice Season

Non-Ice Season: May – September

When it comes to having fun in Bend, The Pavilion offers more than just great ice skating and ice sports!

The Pavilion hosts a variety of sport and recreation activities during the non-ice season.
There is drop-in play, leagues and camps including basketball, pickleball, volleyball, skateboarding and more. The Pavilion is also home to The PAC, an exciting new youth program packed with action, friends and adventure all summer long.

The ice season normally begins in early November and concludes at the end of March or early April. The sport court or non-ice season runs approximately from mid-April through mid-October.

Check back for great spring and summer programs to come!

Do your best cold weather dance as The Pavilion has closed for today due to poor ice quality. During unseasonably warm and windy spells, check Pavilion schedules regularly and before a visit. We're bummed but working hard to rebuild the ice so you can skate with us. Schedules and more at: www.bendparksandrec.org/the-pavilion/schedules/ ... See MoreSee Less

Jill ElaineEnclosed, insulated walls would prevent these closures when the outdoor temps are too warm.

Jill ElaineWe can't control the weather, regardless of how much dancing or wishing we do. What we can do is to modify the ice rink so that it still functions well even on warmer days.

Beth BrinstonAfter two hours of constantly trying to connect I finally got connected. However, there are other parents around me that still can't connect their laptops. Can you guys get this looked into? Parents want to be able to work while their kids skate.
