BPRD is now offering virtual fitness registration classes, which are pre-recorded and brought to you using Zoom, a web-hosted video conference application. An instructor attends your class via video, monitors your class and provides feedback. These classes are specially designed to provide a lower-impact and light-intensity workout – perfect for those ages 50+. Each class includes work on balance, core and flexibility. Learn more!
