Project Overview

The Juniper Swim & Fitness Center indoor 25-meter pool, small children’s pool, surrounding decks, gutter, and drain system turned 40 years old in 2018.  As one of the most heavily used assets in the district, the reliability and performance of the asset is critical to serving community need.

The scope of work includes renovating the existing 25-meter and children’s pool tanks and gutters, replacing the pool deck, upgrading the pool mechanical system and piping, and replacing the building electrical switchgear.  The indoor pool area including the pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room and adjacent locker rooms will be closed.

The project construction has begun and is expected to be complete this summer.
