Larkspur Community Center Event Room

The Larkspur Community Center Event Room is a reservable space for large gatherings and is conveniently located within the Bend Senior Center. This bright and well-lit event space has abundant natural light, maple hardwood floors and high ceilings. This event space is adjacent to Larkspur Park, a multi-use park with trees, grass, walking trails, basketball court, restrooms, picnic shelter, playground and parking.

• Patio doors lead to a landscaped patio and natural area make this a functional and attractive location for receptions, dances and events.
• Full commercial kitchen amenities include: gas range/oven, flat top grill, convection oven, warmer and reach-in refrigerator/freezer, ice machine and dishwasher.

Availability

Person(s) renting Aspen Hall must be at least 21 years of age.

1. Check the online Rental Calendar for availability.
2. Download the Rental Hall Request Form, save it as a separate document to your device, complete the form, and email it to FacilityRentals@bendparksandrec.org.
3. Please allow at least two business days for BPRD to review request forms. Once reviewed, BPRD will contact the primary patron listed with further information and next steps for booking. All request forms are responded to in the order they are received.

• Saturday until 11 p.m.
• Restricted available hours due to programs

• Classroom – 30 rectangle tables & 90 chairs

Refunds for cancellations are issued as followed:

•  Full refund (less the booking deposit) of the rental fee up to 91 days prior to the event.
• 50% refund of the rental fee 90-31 days prior to the event.
• No refund of the rental fee within 30 days of the first day of the event.

The parking lot is shared by park, trail and facility users. Parking must be in designated spaces, leaving the emergency and loading zones clear.
