Project Overview: Stone Creek is a new neighborhood park development in SE Bend located north of Brosterhous Road. The proposed park site is almost 7-acres and contains a lava ridge that is designated as an Area of Special Interest by the City of Bend for its important natural features. The park will serve a planned 80-acre housing development and an adjacent 10+ acre multifamily development and will fill the unmet need in this area. The site is located across the street from Silver Rail Elementary School. Potential amenities include a small playground, trails, a picnic shelter, open turf and natural areas. Construction is underway.
