The Development and Design Standards serve to guide the district, developers and contractors on the means, methods and materials the district uses most commonly for the development of parks, trails and facilities. The document is not meant to replace construction documentation for individual projects, but rather to supplement and inform individual projects. For other projects usually small in nature, these standards may be used for construction.
These standards are updated yearly, or as needed, with new products, means or methods of construction and other updates the district feels best align with community needs, such as new technology and products.
