Prenatal and Baby & Me Classes
At Juniper we realize the importance of healthy moms (& dads, too!) and babies. You will find these fitness classes a great way to get exercise and meet other expectant and new parents.
Prenatal exercise classes consist of gentle paced cardio activity with strength and stretching exercises, to help keep you fit. Please come to your first fitness class 15 minutes early for an orientation. Prenatal participants are welcome at any of our group exercise classes. On-going, weekly drop-in classes offered for your convenience. Use your Fitness Pass. No registration required.
Journey through this magical time together as you draw on the experiences, support and long lasting friendships of the group. The classes follow ACOG (American Council Obstetrics Gynecology) guidelines helping you maintain your fitness level. All of our classes are on-going. You can start at anytime! Prenatal participants are welcome in the any of 40 water fitness classes a week. Find one that meets your schedule.

Baby & Me Classes
After your six week check-up, come exercise with your baby at your side in a supportive environment. We’ll help you lose the baby weight, regain strength and tone your body. Exercising is fun with friends. Come meet other new moms! Dads are welcome too!
Baby & Me Yoga/Core
Ages: 6 weeks to crawling
Get back into shape while connecting with new moms and dads. This time together will strengthen your bond with baby as you pose and play together.

Kid’s Corner child care is available during most pre and post natal classes for your other children to attend while you get fit! Reservations can be made and drop-ins are accepted, space permitting. (541) 706-6191.
