Join our Friday morning Coached Curling League, where we will have an instructor on site to support as needed and help you hone your curling technique! This league is open to all levels.

Looking to learn more and develop your hockey skills? This year on Friday's we will have 1-hour girls hockey clinics for age 6-18. In these clinics, players will develop and grow skating and hockey skills including, power skating, stick handling, shooting and more. Gear is available for those who do not have it. Skaters should be able to skate up and down the ice unassisted to participate in this program. Prerequisite: Learn to Skate completion.

These sessions are designed to develop the fundamentals of the game, hone in on particular skills, promote physical fitness and above all else have fun. This program focuses on skills progression with drills including skating techniques, puck handling, passing and offensive-defensive tactics, positioning, shift changes and more. Both beginner and intermediate players are welcome; participants must have prior ice skating experience. Basic gear is required including stick, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads and hockey pants.

Skaters should be able to skate up and down the ice unassisted to participate in this program. Prerequisite: Learn to Skate completion.

Ages: 5 - 17

Think �??Open Gym,�?� but for hockey. Bring your sticks, skates and gear and work on your skating, stick handling and shooting in these no pressure hockey-only sessions. Nets and pucks provided Helmet, stick and gloves required for all ages. Skaters under 12 must wear full gear including helmet with full face protection. One adult may accompany the child for the purpose of providing coaching and supervision. Scrimmages as well as checking/body contact are not allowed during Stick Time.

Ages: 0 & Up

Take your skating to the next level! Freestyle is a practice session designed for intermediate and advanced figure skaters to take advantage of the full ice surface to work on footwork, jumps, spins and choreography. Note: Level 5+ figure skaters only (USFS Basic 5/BPRD Skate School Level 5/6 or above).
