On October 15, 2024, the district’s Board of Directors adopted the 2024-29 Strategic Plan. The adopted plan includes priorities, goals and strategies that represent what is important to the district, what the organization is trying to achieve, and how staff will achieve it. Designed to provide a flexible framework to guide progress through June 2029, the plan is aimed to further enhance the district’s service to the community. Staff will provide updates on plan implementation progress to the community and the board on a bi-annual basis.
