BPRD’s fabulous Customer Service team works seven days a week, 363 days a year helping our community access not only BPRD’s amazing recreation centers, but also the thousands of other offerings, parks and trails throughout the district. They are here every day to help you navigate BPRD’s amazing services whether you are calling, emailing or seeing them in person. And they always do so with a smile on their face and in their voice! So, while we celebrate the team during National Customer Service Appreciation Week, October 6 – 10, please stop by the desk and share a smile back.
