Facility Fee & Pass Information

Bend Park & Recreation District offers two fitness and swim facilities, a skating rink, multiple recreation, swim and fitness formats and a ton of drop-in activities. See below for details on admission.

Insurance-Reimbursed Passes

Single Visit Fee

A single visit fee grants admission to a single facility in person on the day of purchase. Does not include access to registration programs.

Drop-in fitness classes, swim activities, spa features, fitness centers, indoor track and social activities at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and Larkspur Community Center.

Roller & Ice

Drop-in public ice and roller skating sessions at The Pavilion. Skate rentals are $4 per person.

$8 Open Skate Special – Good for public ice and roller skating sessions including Open Skate and Friday Night Roller Dancing sessions. Not available during Holiday Skate. Use a Fitness, Swim & Skate Pass or $8.00 per person when adult accompanies paid children, including spectators. Under 3 free.

Adult Social Activities

Includes participation in drop-in social activities including games, billiards and events at the Larkspur Community Center – Home of the Bend Senior Center. Does not include registration programs or ticketed events.

2 years and under - Free. *Older adult ages: Effective June 19, 2024, those born on or before December 31, 1961 will receive the older adult rate even though they may not be 65 years or older yet. Rates effective beginning October 20, 2025.

For use at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center, Larkspur Community Center and The Pavilion

Access drop-in fitness classes, swim sessions, hot tub/spa features, fitness centers, indoor track and social activities at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and Larkspur Community Center. Includes access to public ice and roller skating sessions at The Pavilion and to drop-in skatepark sessions. Skate rental is $4 per person. Does not include access to registration programs or ticketed events.

Save 15% off the single visit fee and gain the convenience of pre‐paid admission. This pass does not expire and may also be used for guests in the same age category.

Auto-Renewal Pass | Convenient & Discounted Price

Enjoy unlimited use, the convenience of monthly auto‐renewal payments and a discount off of the 30‐Day Pass. A 3‐month minimum is required, after which you can cancel at any time. Auto‐renewal is set up with a secured credit/debit card.

30-Day Pass | Month-to-Month Flexibility

Get unlimited access for 30 days from the date of purchase while saving from single visit fees. This is a great option for those looking for month‐to‐month flexibility.

3-Month Pass | Discounted Access for a Season

Unlimited access for seasonal users or those who prefer not to enroll in auto‐renewal. This is the same pricing and value as the Auto-Renewal Pass but requires full payment at time of purchase.

Annual Pass | 20% Off Discount for a Year

The best value for the year‐round user with unlimited access for 12 months. Receive 20% off the monthly rate. Annual passes require full payment at time of purchase.

Partner Discount | 10% Off

Get a 10% discount on Auto‐Renewal, 30‐Day, 3‐Month and Annual Passes when two family members in the same household purchase a pass at the same time.

The Partner Discount includes any adult, youth or older adult family member living in the same household.

Includes access for adults and older adults to adult-focused social activities, games and events at Larkspur Community Center – Home of the Bend Senior Center. Activities may include such activities as Social Bridge, Billiards, Rug Hookers, Knitting, Pinochle, Mahjong, Book Club and Mexican Train.

Does not include fitness, swim or skating activities or amenities, registration programs or ticketed events.

Scholarships

Recreation Scholarships Available for Facility Passes

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in recreation activities.

Scholarships are available for in-district residents and eligibility is based on household income and number of dependents living in the household, and aligns with the Federal Poverty Guidelines and other assistance programs. Generally, you may be eligible for scholarship assistance if your household qualifies for SNAP, TANF, Oregon Health Plan, or Free and Reduced School Lunch.

Terms & Refund Policy

30-Day, Auto-Renewal, 3-Month and Annual Passes may be purchased at any time. Full payment is required at time of purchase. 30-Day Passes offer the control to purchase every 30 days at your choice. Auto-Renewal Passes offer the convenience of monthly auto-renewal with a three-month minimum commitment. 3-Month and Annual Passes offer online/in-person renewal.

Passes, memberships, personal training and drop-in fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We are unable to extend or suspend passes, memberships, personal training or drop-in fees except for documented medical reasons. Learn more on the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy page.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of play. BPRD gift certificates make great gifts for everyone– ages 0 to 100!

Gift certificates are available for any amount and are good for recreation passes, food/beverage items or any BPRD recreation program. Must be purchased in person.

Auto-Renewal Pass Instructions

Fitness, Swim & Skate Auto-Renewal Passes:
How to purchase and renew

You can purchase and/or renew a pass in person or online at register.bendparksandrec.org.

If you are purchasing a new pass, follow the New Pass Purchase instructions below.
To renew an existing active pass, follow the Renew an Active Pass instructions.

New Pass Purchase

If you are signing up for a brand new auto-renewal pass, follow these instructions.

Step 1:

Select the three-line “hamburger” menu icon to display the drop-down menu.
Select “PASSES” from the list and find “Pass Search.” You can then select “Fitness/Swim Passes.”

Step 2:

Scroll down to find the pass of your choice. Select “Add to Selection List.” Then press “Selected Items.” You will then be able to “Add to Cart.”

Step 3:

Once you’ve added the pass to your cart, you will review your pass billing options. You have the option to select a pre-existing card from your household account, or enter a new card.
Note: The district encrypts and tokenizes your credit card information. The selected token (not your actual credit card information) is used for the recurring payment.

Step 4:

You will be taken to your shopping cart. Please confirm the correct pass type.
Note: The total fees due will show $0.00, since you won’t be charged until the following day. You will see the actual amount in the “Description.” Your pass is active the day of the transaction, but the payment is processed the following morning.
Any items marked with “Auto-Renewal” can be viewed and confirmed from the billing details link at the bottom of your screen or from the ‘My Account’ menu.
Scroll down and proceed to checkout.

Step 5:

Once the checkout is complete, you will be prompted to input your name and email address so we can send a receipt.
Select complete, and you will be given a receipt number.
We will also email you a copy of that receipt.

Renew an Active Pass

If you’d like to renew an active pass and enroll in auto-renewal, follow these instructions.

Step 1:

Select the three-line “hamburger’ menu icon to display the drop-down menu. Select “PASSES” from the list and find “Pass Renewal / Update.” You will then see your current membership renewal options listed.
Select the box next to “Renew,” and then “Add To Cart.”

Step 2:

Once you’ve added the pass to your cart, you will review your pass billing options. You have the option to select a pre-existing card from your household account, or enter a new card.
Note: The district encrypts and tokenizes your credit card information. The selected token (not your actual credit card information) is used for the recurring payment.

Step 3:

You will be taken to your shopping cart. Please confirm the correct pass type.
