- Nutritional education, healthy food samples and cooking demonstrations

- Gift certificates, raffles and lots of free swag!
Plus live music by the Bend Ukulele Group, BPRD fitness class demonstrations (Better Brains, Chair Yoga, and Tai Chi), and a free community lunch from 12:00-2:00 p.m. (or until supplies last).
