NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
Pursuant to ORS Chapter 198, on July 29, 2026, at a meeting scheduled for 9 a.m., the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the BOCC Hearing Room, First Floor, 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon to consider a petition to annex property into Bend Park & Recreation District.
The property the petitioners propose to annex is 45.27 acres on OB Riley Road in Bend. To view maps and legal descriptions of the proposed annexation, contact the Deschutes County Counsel’s Office at 541-388-6622. The purpose of the proposed annexation is to include this land into the district boundaries.
