Let’s keep moving! BPRD would like to invite you to a fitness opportunity available in your home. These online classes are brought to you using Zoom, a web-hosted video conference application. There is a list of technology requirements below.

Virtual Fitness Classes Through Insurance?
If you’re a Medicare Advantage pass holder, you are invited to join our virtual fitness classes. There’s no cost to you because of the insurance-reimbursed plan you qualify for and registration is open now. Register here.

Your class is online. The class is brought to you using Zoom, a web-hosted video conference application. You will need a computer and internet to participate.
To participate, you must have the following:
While weights and bands might be used by instructors, they are optional for your workout. If you would like additional weight or resistance, consider using weighted household items, such as canned foods and water bottles. Ensure your workout space has plenty of room and is clutter-free. Consider your own health and comfort level. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately.

Eligible programs will include unlimited access to BPRD fitness centers, virtual fitness classes, lap swimming and drop-in fitness classes, including water fitness classes and workout-on-your-own sessions.
The Medicare Open Enrollment Period also known as the Annual Election Period (AEP) for Medicare health and prescription drug plans happens only once per year.
Medicare Advantage plans offer additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare. Plan options may include coverage for prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing, fitness and more.
During Medicare open enrollment, sometimes called the Medicare annual enrollment, you can change Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plans, including changing your coverage, switching between plan types and adding prescription drug benefits.
Enrollment for Medicare enrollees who want to make changes to their coverage happens every fall between October 15 and December 7. Any changes you make during the 2023 Medicare enrollment period will affect your 2024 Medicare plan, beginning January 1, 2024.
Anyone renewing or enrolling in a new insurance-reimbursed fitness passes for the first time, must fill out and return this form. You will need to confirm your eligibility with your provider and ask for an eligibility/fitness number to complete enrollment. Complete and return the PDF, or fill out the online form below.
