Project Overview

Take the survey! We are taking name suggestions and want to know what excites you for your new neighborhood park! The survey will be open until September 7th.

Acquired by the district in 2023, this 3.1-acre property at the end of Reed Lane will provide a new neighborhood park for residents in southwest Bend. The park will fulfill Park Search Area 18, which has been underserved by a park since its residential expansion over the past decade.

Neighborhood parks offer amenities like picnic shelters, open lawn, play areas, paths, and natural areas. The design of this park will follow an outreach process with surrounding neighbors this fall 2025, including formally naming the park.
