Swimming fun for everyone! This is a great time to enjoy the lifestyle pool and play in the current channel. Recreation swims are open to all ages, however, children 6 years and under must be supervised by a responsible person 14 years or older.
Spa use available only for ages 16 and up.

Fitness Center Walk Jog Track - Staff
5,000-square-foot fitness center with a walk/jog track, state-of-the-art equipment and stunning views of the Cascades. With 14 laps to a mile, the indoor walk-jog track offers a four-season fitness option and features alcoves for functional workouts and small group training with an Escape Hub - supported by the TRX straps, Bosu, Kettlebells and other equipment. State-of-the-art fitness center equipment includes: Precor fitness cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, ergometers, upright and recumbent bikes. Three Sci-Fit bikes with removable seats and ramps for wheelchair use. The Precor Resolute line of easy-to-use selectorized equipment. Functional fitness equipment, including free weights, balance equipment and cable-cross machines is also available.

This is a warm-water, therapeutic exercise class specifically designed to work with people that have chronic health conditions, like Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Spinal Dysfunction, Heart Disease and COPD. We recommend checking with your physician before starting any exercise regimen. Water shoes are required. You are encouraged to bring a support person, or caregiver, should you need assistance in the water.
