Volunteer Project Day – Deschutes River Cleanup
Help with taking care of some of your favorite parks and trails!
Join the BPRD natural resources and trails team to pull weeds, remove trash, close off unofficial trails, and plant native vegetation at several volunteer projects scheduled throughout the summer.
Volunteer at one, two or however many you choose – we’d love to see you.
Saturday, July 11 – Deschutes River Cleanup
As part of Upper Deschutes Watershed Council (UDWC) annual river clean up event, volunteers will help with social trail/access point closure/removal and pulling weeds at Farewell Bend Park and the Deschutes River Trail. Volunteers will sign up directly with UDWC using the “Learn More and Sign Up” button below.
Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Saturday, October 3 at Riley Ranch Nature Reserve – lower canyon area
