This small neighborhood park is set in an older subdivision located between 3rd Street and the railroad. The site has mature conifer trees, a large green space, half basketball court, and a playground that was updated in 2007.
The park is within walking distance of Vince Genna Stadium and Kiwanis Park. On-street parking is provided.

Jaycee Park development began in 1969 and was then transferred from the City of Bend to BPRD in 1977. It was redeveloped in 2000 and 2007. The origin of the name is unknown at this time.
