Pilates for Pickleball
This 6-week small group training session features a different focus each week. Pilates exercises, dynamic stretching and warmups, balance and stability exercises, and strength and conditioning. Cross training ideas will be incorporated to help create a more balanced body. By the end, you will have a routine aimed to help you minimize injuries and more thoroughly enjoy Pickleball.
