Masters Swim (25 M Shallow end) - Seth
Improve your skills and enjoy training in structured swim practices with experienced coaches. Masters swim emphasizes fitness, fellowship and fun for various ages and abilities, who can swim comfortably for 500 meters (20 lengths). Competing is not required although many choose to race.

Water provides a safe and effective way to maintain or improve your fitness level without jarring your joints. Fun, active class with your choice of shallow or deep water.
Parent Child Swim - (Children's Pool)
A special time in the indoor children's pool for parents and children 6 and younger to explore the water, and practice swimming skills. Duck slide, squirting fish and other fun water toys available. Adult supervision in the water is required. Swim diapers are required for those who are not potty trained. Learn more about Recreation Swim at Juniper.
Fee: JSFC basic pass or drop in fee: ages 3-6 $6; adult $8; ages 2 and under are free with paying adult. Adult are $6 each when adult accompanies children — limit two adults per child.
Deep/Shallow Water Workout - Marty S.
Water provides a safe and effective way to maintain or improve your fitness level without jarring your joints. Moderate-to-high intensity class designed to increase cardiovascular performance, muscle strength, and stamina. Choose shallow or deep water (buoyancy devices must be worn in deep water).

Using the fundamentals of Pilates, flow through a contemporary series of Pilates and Pilates-inspired mat exercises to develop deep pelvic floor and posture-stabilizing muscles.

Mobility Through Water/MS - Carolyn C.
Consists of a series of gentle exercises which focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness. Water exercises provides a comfortable option for people with arthritis and multiple sclerosis (MS) due to its supportive, reduced -impact environment. Held in the indoor pool at JSFC which is 83-84 degrees pool; this cooler temperature is beneficial for MS patron. Designed by the Arthritis Foundation.

High intensity deep water running class that provides a total body workout without any impact. Your flotation belt is anchored to a lane line, providing even greater resistance. Swimming fun for everyone! Features include low diving boards, rope swing, water basketball, slides and more! Recreation swims are open to all ages, however, children 6 years and under must be supervised by a responsible person 14 years or older. This class also welcomes individuals who are assisting women through their pregnancies and would like to join them in class. Prenatal yoga focuses on stretching, strategic strengthening, breathing and relaxation. It provides a gentle workout for the whole body while introducing methods for releasing and dealing with stress. This class allows for exploration of the wondrous and ever shifting state of the pregnant mind and body. It also offers tools for navigating the journey that lies ahead and encourages connection between fellow students.

Masters Swim (25 M Shallow end) - Seth
Improve your skills and enjoy training in structured swim practices with experienced coaches. Masters swim emphasizes fitness, fellowship and fun for various ages and abilities, who can swim comfortably for 500 meters (20 lengths). Competing is not required although many choose to race.

Parent Child Swim - (Children's Pool)
A special time in the indoor children's pool for parents and children 6 and younger to explore the water, and practice swimming skills. Duck slide, squirting fish and other fun water toys available.
