Flexibility Training for the NON-yogi! This class starts by using a variety of balls and rollers to break up myofascial tension and then follows with a science-based stretching protocol to help you increase flexibility in various major muscle groups.

Mobility Through Water/MS - Carolyn C.
Consists of a series of gentle exercises which focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness. Water exercises provides a comfortable option for people with arthritis and multiple sclerosis (MS) due to its supportive, reduced -impact environment. Held in the indoor pool at JSFC which is 83-84 degrees pool; this cooler temperature is beneficial for MS patron. Designed by the Arthritis Foundation.
