Bend Park and Recreation District now has a fitness app for use by our patrons! This app was developed with Precor and E-Gym to provide you with a tool to track your workouts, provide connectivity for our cardio equipment and more.

BPRD Fitness App Features

Workouts: You can easily keep track your workouts. Simply log in when using the cardio equipment and the information will automatically go to the app. You can create custom workout and easily set up a series of exercises so you have a plan before coming in. You can save your workout templates and log classes so you can keep track of your progress toward your goals. Using ADVAGYM in conjunction with the app will “coach” you through your exercises and track all your workout information.

Goal Center: Set your personal goals and make sure you’re on track to reaching them. You can choose your workout goal based on number of workouts, calories burned, time or distance.

Challenges: The competition is on with our new Challenges feature! You can take on friends or compete with other members across the BPRD Fitness Facilities. New challenges will be popping up, so you never know what might come up next!

Connected Apps: You can connect your favorite fitness apps like Garmin, RunKeeper, MyFitnessPal, Fitbit and Apple Health directly to your BPRD Fitness App so you can easily keep track of workouts without having to enter them in separate locations. It also syncs with your Apple Watch so any workouts you log on your watch will automatically be added to the app. It’s your fitness life, all in one place. (See below for more information.)

Advagym Features

Advagym is owned and managed by Sony and the company has decided to discontinue the service as of May 31, 2023.

Puck Sensors: Simply tap your phone on a puck in any of our facilities and you’ll be prompted through your workout. Each puck provides a variety of options such as instructions on the use of the equipment, sample workouts, class schedules and information.

Workouts: You can use the workouts we provide or create your own. Each workout is tracked with the specific exercise and stored in history so you can use it again and again. Your workout will track repetitions, calories burned, time or distance.

Personal Settings, Stats & History: Your settings are stored in the app – seat & bar positions, amount of weight and other pertinent information is tracked for your reference.

Programs, Videos and Information: When you aren’t in our facility you can use the app to work out on your own. There are tons of videos and exercises you can choose from. You can also check schedules for classes, read our instructor bios and learn about our equipment. In the event of a facility closure or emergency we can even use the app to inform you!
