Benefits: Indoor cycling is a non-impact, cardio workout for everyone – you don’t need to be a cyclist to enjoy these classes. Classes can be easily modified to meet your needs and goals. Want to cycle on your own? You’re welcome to use the bikes when classes are not in session.

Fees & Passes: Multi-facility swim and fitness fees, passes and discounts available.

The cycling room at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center features 24 Precor Spinner® Chrono Power Bikes. These state-of-the-art bikes tout accuracy and design with best-in-class LED consoles and a laid-back geometry for a comfortable fit.
Get In-Sync with Spinning®
Get connected to Juniper’s new Precor Chrono Spinning® bikes. That’s right, connect your smartphone to your spin bike via bluetooth and download your workout data. Using the free Wahoo Fitness app, you can export your exercise data to MyFitnessPal, Strava, TrainningPeaks, Nike+ and other popular fitness tracking apps.

Baby and Me Cycle/Core
Bring baby and get your workout in while you connect with other parents and guardians in a supportive community. You and baby will have the time and space to settle in and connect with each other and the instructor. Babies are welcome from 6 weeks to crawling. Strollers, car seats and bouncy seats encouraged. There is no cycle on your own available during this time.

Wide range of structured cycle workouts from endurance rides and hill climbs to sprints and race pace efforts. Music is specifically chosen to guide your effort and motivate your ride.
Express Cycle
Short on time? This is your class for a comprehensive workout as it’s a regular workout condensed for time. If you use cycling shoes during your workout and you’re planning to join the Express TB Strength & Core in the group ex studio at 8:30am, please bring an extra pair of shoes.
