Step 1:
BPRD will email you a link to your online account to renew your pass. Follow this link, and it will prompt you to log in to the Bend Park and Recreation District registration website.

You can also get to this screen by clicking the Pass Renewal link under the “Passes” category.

You will then see your current membership renewal options listed. Select the box next to ‘Renew’, and then ‘Add To Cart.’

Step 2:

Once you’ve selected to add the pass to your cart, you will review your pass billing options. You have the option to select a pre-existing card from your household account, or select a new card from the drop down menu.

Please note: The district encrypts and tokenizes your credit card information. The selected token (not your actual credit card information) is used for the recurring payment.

Step 3:

You will be taken to your shopping cart. Please confirm the correct pass type.

Please note: The total fees due will show $0.00, since you won’t be charged until the specified date. Kids INC payments will be charged on the 1^st of each month you are enrolled.

Any items marked with “Auto-Billing” can be viewed and confirmed from the billing details screen link at the bottom of your screen or from the ‘My Account’ menu at the top left.

Step 4:

Scroll down and proceed to checkout.

Step 5:

Once the checkout is complete, you will be prompted to input your name and email address so we can send a receipt.

Select complete, and you will be given a receipt number. We will also email you a copy of that receipt.
