Prenatal yoga focuses on stretching, strategic strengthening, breathing and relaxation. It provides a gentle workout for the whole body while introducing methods for releasing and dealing with stress. This class allows for exploration of the wondrous and ever shifting state of the pregnant mind and body. It also offers tools for navigating the journey that lies ahead and encourages connection between fellow students.
