Project Overview
The Goodrich property is a 2.46 acre site located in the Orchard District neighborhood between 8th & 11th and Olney and Quimby. The property was purchased with the intent to provide this undeserved area of town with a neighborhood park that will include open lawn, exploratory play areas, and pathways.
Construction on the site began fall 2020, which also includes a portion of right-of-way work in collaboration with the City of Bend. The road and sidewalk work is complete and the park is taking shape with pathways, sod, fencing, playground, and orchard work in process.
