This is a therapeutic water exercise class designed for individuals with chronic health conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Chronic Back Pain.
Held in a cooler-temperature pool, this class is especially beneficial for people with MS, as well as those managing chronic pain, by helping reduce inflammation, ease joint stress, and prevent overheating during activity.
We recommend checking with your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Water shoes are required. If needed, you are welcome to bring a support person or caregiver to assist you in the water.
